Nelden’s mobile filling & packaging lines are a compact and versatile solution, designed to handle glass, PET bottles and cans, ensuring maximum operational flexibility.
The heart of the system is the specially designed filler, meant to fit perfectly into limited space such as trailers or container-type structures.
The filler is equipped with a state-of-the-art filling valve, electronically managed and controlled by electro-pneumatics, for an accurate and reliable control of the filling process.
COMPLETE AND AUTONOMOUS SOLUTION
Besides the filler, line includes a series of labelling, capping and packaging machines, guaranteeing a complete processing of the product, ready for distribution or possible refinement, as in the case of fine wines.
For complete operational autonomy, the mobile line can be equipped with everything needed for pre-processing of the product and sterilization of the parts in contact with it, including:
- Product filtration system and neutral gas generators.
- CIP (Clean-in-Place) sanitization system.
- Dosers of CO2 & secondary ingredients (aromas, etc.) depending on the final product.
For the most complete service possible
Nelden Industry offers the possibility to take care of the following additional aspects:
- Supply & set up of the mobile unit: the latter can be a trailer or alternatively a container-type structure compliant with CE standards and transportable by standard trucks.
- Assistance in the trailer registration process, including approval and export procedures.
