Versatility and Efficiency in a single solution
The GIOVE series monoblocks GIOVE SERIES are designed to combine in a single machine the fundamental functions of rinsing, filling of flat products, and capping suitable for any type of cap. Thanks to this flexibility, they adapt perfectly to different types of products and glass and PET bottles from mignon formats up to large formats: 0.05 lt - 20 lt.
Production output: from 1,500 up to 50,000 bottles per hour, depending on the format.
Available versions:
- Traditional mechanics with gravity / light pressure / light vacuum / high vacuum operation.
- Electropneumatic with light pressure / light vacuum / high vacuum operation.
- Electronic volumetrics with implementation of mass or magnetic flowmeters depending on the product.
- Net weight filling using integrated load cells.

“ULTRACLEAN” configuration on all versions of the monoblock, consisting of:
- HIGH CLEARING inclined base in AISI 304 stainless steel
- Full protection: complete upper closure, in addition to the CE perimeter protections.
- Laminar flows – pressurized chamber via laminar flows (HEPA filters)
- Parts in contact with the product in AISI 316 stainless steel
