ISOBARIC FILLING
Versatility and Efficiency in a single solution
The URANO series monoblocks combine in a single machine the functions of rinsing, isobaric filling for sparkling and still products, and capping for all types of caps.
The URANO series is suitable for treating glass and PET bottles, cylindrical and shaped, with production rates from 1,500 up to 50,000 pcs/h.
Available versions:
- Traditional mechanics.
- Electronic volumetrics with implementation of mass or magnetic flowmeters depending on the product.
In all versions it is possible to offer a configuration and management of the phases depending on the type of product to be treated:
- Pre-evacuation or double pre-evacuation
- Level filling for glass & PET bottles;
- Volumetric filling for PET bottles only
- Self-leveling system to ensure high leveling accuracy on glass bottles
- Single or double degassing.

Available on all sizes :
“ULTRACLEAN” configuration on all versions of the monoblock, consisting of:
- HIGH CLEARING inclined base in AISI 304 stainless steel
- Full protection: complete upper closure, in addition to the CE perimeter protections.
- Laminar flows – pressurized chamber via laminar flows (HEPA filters)
- Parts in contact with the product in AISI 316 stainless steel
